Overview
Our current refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any goods (clothing/apparel, books, etc.) with obvious signs of use, wear, or tampering are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is postmarked for return more than 14 days after purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
We currently do not issue refunds for any items purchased — physical or digital.
For digital products, absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be given.
For physical merchandise, please see the returns/exchanges policy below.
For events and retreats, there are no refunds given, regardless if you are unable to attend due to emergency or illness. Your event ticket can be transferred to another person, and such request should be made via email to support@theselfloveminister.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled virtual or in-person event or 75 days for retreats.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (This does not apply to items damaged during shipping.) If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@theselfloveminister.com and send your item to: Neshama Alheem, LLC, 3571 Far West Blvd #3595, Austin TX 78731.

Gifts
If you were gifted an item from our store and need to make an exchange (due to product damage or defect unrelated to shipping), you can exchange for the same item. It must be in new, unused condition in its original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be provided.
Once the returned item is received, you'll receive an email letting you know if the return is accepted or not. If accepted, your replacement item will be mailed and its tracking information sent to you via email.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Neshama Alheem, LLC., 3571 Far West Blvd #3595, Austin TX 78731.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are granted an exchange, we will cover shipping costs for that item only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
