Meet Neshama Alheem

Founder of The Self-Love Church | Leadership Alignment Strategist

You’ve been everything for everyone else. But have you been that for yourself?

The Self-Love Church is a community for people who are ready to start choosing themselves — not just sometimes, but as a way of life.

If you know you've been missing alignment, peace, and a deeper relationship with yourself, this is where it begins.

It's time to #ChooseYou and #ChooseYourBestLife!

Most of us were taught to “be nice” — to serve, to offer support, even give your last…

We were taught everything but how to prioritize ourselves.

And let's not talk about the “suffering in silence” we all do.

So we move through life performing strength. Trying to push through and hold it all together.

But living like this has its consequences. We start disconnecting from our own needs, our own voice, and our own boundaries.

That’s why self-love here isn’t that “woo-woo” surface-level stuff that's out there. It’s not spa days and bubble baths (even though we like those!). It's not randomly repeating affirmations and hoping for a change.

It's intentional. It's about being true to who you really are and the desires you have for yourself, not what you think is expected of you.

Through the teachings inside The Self-Love Church — including my MAP and AWDREC frameworks — we practice self-love in a practical way that includes all aspects of our lives — personal, relationships, and even career.

It's time to do something different and truly understand and pour into yourself.

Start choosing you on purpose.
